Capco, a global provider of consulting, technology and managed services to the financial services industry, has acquired City Practitioners, a consulting and technology implementation specialist in the financial services market. Founded in 1995, City Practitioners employs 180 practitioners, has annual revenues of $40 million and offices in London and New York. Its clients include ABN Amro, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse. The deal will allow City Practitioners to extend its reach
