Cadis joins the acquisition trail

London-based Cadis Software, a provider of enterprise data management (EDM) systems and winner of best data management provider in the Buy-Side Technology Awards for 2007 and 2008, has acquired C8Software. C8, with its flagship Consolid8 product, is a specialist in the client, MIS (management information systems), and compliance reporting realms. According to Cadis, the acquisition will enable its clients to further leverage the data stored within the Cadis EDM application.
