Barra takes the ASP route with BarraOne

NEW YORK—Barra, the California-based buy-side risk management vendor, has launched BarraOne, its first bona fide ASP application. The service – a real time, Web-based risk management and analysis tool delivered via the internet and accessed through a browser – was officially launched on June 19 at this year’s SIA show in New York.
