DTCC and Markit announce OTC derivatives alliance
Markit and The Depository Trust
& Clearing Corporation (DTCC) have formed a company that will combine Markit's trade processing services with Deriv/Serv, the DTCC's post-trade confirmation and matching platform. It will provide a single gateway for confirming over-the-counter (OTC) derivative transactions globally. This will allow buy-side and sell-side OTC derivative market participants to confirm trades and to gain access to additional services provided by Markit and the DTCC through a commonOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
