BURLINGTON, MA -- Charles River Development (CRD) and FutureTrade Technologies, an electronic trading technology developer based in New York and Lake Forest, CA, have formed a strategic alliance to integrate the Charles River Investment Management System (IMS) with FutureTrade’s electronic trading platform, creating an interface between the two system’s trade blotters.

Equity and options securities orders created or executed at FutureTrade will now automatically appear in clients’ Charles River
