BOSTON -- Evergreen Investments, the investment management arm of Charlotte, NC-based Wachovia Bank, has completed the third phase of its implementation of the StarCompliance system for enterprise-wide compliance.

Jim Angelos, who heads up compliance for the firm’s mutual fund -- which has trading desks in Boston and Charlotte, 110 portfolios and around $115 billion in assets under management -- says his primary responsibility is the oversight of personal trading and compliance with the company
