PRINCETON, N.J.--Merrill Lynch Investment Managers chief technology officer Sean Kelley has been reassigned to head technology for Merrill's new Managed Services division (MSD), part of Merrill Lynch's technology group. Byron Vielehr, head of global electronic business for MLIM, is replacing him as global CTO of MLIM, whose technology group now includes the global electronic business group.
