Offshore Fund Internet Supermarket Launched by Brown Brothers Harriman

NEW YORK--Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is establishing an Internet-based funds supermarket called BBH Fund WorldView, providing access to mutual funds to offshore investors.

The target of the venture is international investors with an initial focus on the European market, although the firm anticipates extending the service to Asia, Middle Eastern and Latin American investors in due course.

The fund supermarket extends the firm's existing position as a custodian for many international investors
