Eagle Investment Systems Acquires ITS, Opens in London

NEW YORK--Eagle Investment Systems has purchased all outstanding shares of Wellesley, Mass.-based ITS Associates for an undisclosed amount.

"Together, we will continue our mission to build the new investment management enterprise for banks, mutual fund companies, insurance companies and the global institutional investment industry-all under the Eagle Investment Systems name," says Jack Riley, CEO of Eagle. John Fitzgerald, president of ITS, assures clients that the ITS product line will continue
