Omgeo Adds Electronic CLS FX Instruction Capabilities to ALERT

Post-trade, pre-settlement trade management provider Omgeo has announced that it has incorporated CLS foreign exchange (FX) instructions into the latest release of its Omgeo Alert web-based standard settlement instruction (SSI) database.

The new release, version 2.5, is a joint project with CLS Bank, which is owned by the FX community, according to officials.
