Chicago Hedge Fund Rolls Out Tradar Insight

Rail Splitter Capital Management, a Chicago-based equity long/short hedge fund, has implemented Trader Insight 4.0, Tradar's portfolio management and accounting platform.

Launched in June 2010, Insight 4.0 is the latest version of the London-based buy-side vendor's flagship platform, designed to allow fund managers to control their order-allocation processes, while also providing operational workflows and custom-reporting capabilities.

According to Tradar, Rail Splitter's initial objective was
