Survey: Fee Calculations/Leakage to Be Affected by Changing Regs
According to a recent survey conducted by Bonaire Software Solutions, 50 percent of asset managers believe that changes resulting from the Dodd–Frank bill in the US and Retail Distribution Review in the UK will change the way they perform fee calculations, fund rebates and billing. Of that group, 60 percent said that this could also result in fee leakage. Furthermore, 70 percent said they expect regulatory scrutiny to increase.
