BNY Mellon Replaces Kelly with Hassell

Robert Kelly has stepped down as chief executive of BNY Mellon due to "differences in approach to managing the company," according to the firm. He will be replaced by Gerald Hassell, who has been the president and a board member of BNY Mellon since 1998. Hassell will also continue in his role as president.
