BI-SAM has hired Paul Beal as director of client services for the UK and Northern Europe. In his new role Beal with review the quality of implementations and will refine the process, where needed, "to ensure all projects delivered meet with client expectations," according to the company.
Beal joins the firm from GoldenSource, where his purview was the EMEA region. He has also served a stint at DST Global Solutions.
