PD Cap Taps SS&C

PD Capital Management has selected SS&C Fund Services to provide fund administration for its PD Star fund.

UK-based PD Capital invests in Asian equity markets and employs equity arbitrage strategies. SS&C converted and reconciled five months of historical data, including one month parallel processing, for PD, and converted the fund's books and records from a previous fund admin in four weeks.

"SS&C's superior technology, proven conversion track record, and attention to detail in the preparation stages are the primary reasons we chose to migrate our business. We are very impressed with SS&C's delivery of fast and accurate NAV calculations, a significant improvement over our previous administrator," says David Disbrey, founder of PD Capital.
