SS&C Unveils Form PF Offering

Joining a rapidly expanding market, SS&C Technologies has released its own Form PF solution. Current SS&C clients using its fund administration services can now tap into the offering, while non-customers can buy it as a standalone.

"Our solution merges Form PF software with services supported by our fund administration experts who perform administration and accounting for hedge and private equity funds and funds of funds," says Rahul Kanwar, senior vice president of SS&C's Alternative Assets division. "We believe this turnkey combination of software and services provides significant time and effort savings for clients."

The solution is cloud-based and offers data collection, workflow management and submission of Form PF online.

FCA declines to directly regulate market data prices

A year-long investigation by the UK regulator to determine whether competition is hindered in the wholesale data markets has concluded with its decision not to directly regulate much-maligned data pricing and licensing structures.
