JPMorgan Joins Form PF Fray
JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services (WSS) has unveiled its own Form PF solution, with the first filers due to comply with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) mandate later this month. The bank's alternative investment services (AIS) unit has been working closely with a select group of clients over the last several months to enhance this offering based on client feedback, says Stephanie Miller, global head of AIS for JPMorgan WSS.
