A software solutions provider for asset managers, Electra Information Systems has appointed Scott Rhodes as chief operations officer, to be based in New York.
Rhodes, who will report to Electra CEO John Landry, was previously managing director at global administration provider Hedgeserv, before which he held executive positions with and founded several start-up technology firms and consultancies. His academic training is in physics.
