North Capital Partners OneVest on Private Placements
Broker-dealer platform to distribute early-stage investments.
NCPS, a subsidiary arm of North Capital Investment Technology (NCIT), will provide broker-dealer services for the OneVest platform and will syndicate OneVest’s early-stage investments on 99Funding, a digital marketplace for broker-vetted private offerings developed by NCIT.
NCPS also plans to distribute the OneVest offerings through its wholesale network of independent broker-dealers and registered investment advisors (RIAs).
