Illuminate Takes $1.6 Million Stake in TickSmith

Investment will fuel the tick data management platform's expansion into New York and London.

This is the first institutional investment for TickSmith, which operates the TickVault data platform and counts CME Group and the National Bank of Canada among its clients. It will use the funding to further commercialize the product and grow internationally.
