Boulder, Colo.-based custom research platform provider Wall Street on Demand has been bought out by the vendor's management and Goldman Sachs' venture capital business, Inside Market Data has learned. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal was brokered last month by the technology investments business of Denver, Colo.-based St. Charles Capital, which was hired by WSOD and its institutional investors to sell the company. The investors include Boulder Ventures, Sequel Venture Partners,
