Ixnet withdrew its threat to pull the plug on over 100 Reuters customers for which it provided network services. After Reuters filed suit and secured an injunction that barred Ixnet from cutting off IP delivery of Reuters’ data services, both sides settled. Reuters’ suit responded to Ixnet’s demands for payment of $1.13 million, which ixnet claimed was outstanding for services through May 1999.
