Thomson Revamps Units

ORGANIZATION & STRATEGY

Thomson Financial reorganized its business units last week as part of an ongoing effort to centralize sales and customer service.

The changes, which went into effect on Wednesday, Nov. 5, create a new, global group that is focused on sales, marketing and services and merge two of the four strategic customer units.

The creation of the Global Sales, Marketing and Services group will provide each customer account with a single point of contact along with specialists to support the primary account
