The controversy surrounding Display.IT continued. The company delayed its Nasdaq debut and lost its chairman (David Familiant), company secretary (Tom McKay), a director (Bill Murphy) and its legal advisors (Taylor Joynson Garrett). Within three months, founder and CEO Peter Levin resigned and the company's assets were liquidated.
