It’s really anyone’s guess as to what actually took place in the musty halls at 85 Fleet Street that made Parcell want to leave. In the huge number of people that IMD spoke to, all were mindful of the bad press Reuters has received recently--what with the stock price tumble and the dithering by Peter Job about Internet strategy.
