BB&T Takes Xcitek Class Actions Service

Kansas City, Kan-based Brotherhood Bank & Trust is using Xcitek's class actions data service to ease the sourcing of data on filings and help honor its fiduciary responsibilities on behalf of clients.

BB&T vice president Richard Hampton says three staff who are involved in filing class action lawsuits on behalf of clients are now accessing Xcitek's Web-based service, which collects data from a US court system called PACER and from press releases and
