CFO and General Counsel Leave Primark

WALTHAM, MASS.: As part of the ongoing Thomson/Primark merger consolidations, Stephen Curran, executive vice president and CFO of Primark Corp., and Michael Kargula, executive vice president and general counsel, have recently resigned from their positions at Primark's Waltham, Mass. office to pursue other interests.
According to Primark chairman and chief executive officer Joseph Kasputys, the departures are an anticipated outcome of the merger terms, as outlined in the original acquisition
