Reuters To Buy CMD; Levkoff To Quit Firm, Withdrawing Suit

Reuters is in the final stages of talks to acquire Capital Market Decision Inc. (CMD), the Stamford, Conn.- based company that Steve Levkoff formed to develop Reuters' Decision 2000 fixed-income data and analytics service. As part of the pending deal, Levkoff will relinquish his role as president of CMD and end his association with Reuters.
