McGraw-Hill Reshuffle Consolidates Financial Data Under McGraw

Last week's reconstructuring at McGraw-Hill Inc. keeps most of the publishing group's electronic financial services operations firmly in the grasp of Harold W. McGraw III (a.k.a. Terry McGraw). Meanwhile, part of a $145 million writedown the company will make in the fourth quarter relates to Data Resources Inc. (DRI), which McGraw-Hill classifies as a "nonperforming" unit.
