Dow Jones Adjusts News Distribution, Pricing Policies To Fend Off Competitors To Telerate

In moves calculated to shore up Dow Jones Telerate's market share, Dow Jones has changed pricing -- and some distribution -- policies for its AP-Dow Jones news services. As a result, there will be no more AP-Dow Jones news for Bloomberg subscribers overseas -- and no more cost savings to be had by subscribing to AP-DJ anywhere without also signing on for market data from Telerate.
