Reuters Holds User Forum For Eight Big Clients

In what appears to be a rare case of Reuters putting itself at the mercy of a group of powerful customers, the vendor invited eight of its largest Wall Street users to participate in an information-sharing session. At the meeting -- which took place two weeks ago -- Reuters released a list of next year's prices. The vendor also divulged plans to revamp its billing format.
