In a move that delivers another blow to Automatic Data Processing Inc.'s ailing Brokerage Information Services Group and its FS Partner brokerage system (IMD, Dec. 11, 1989), Minneapolis-based brokerage Piper Jaffray & Hopwood Inc. has chosen Stockmate Financial Systems Inc. of Irvine, Cal., as its new brokerage system provider.

Under the five-year contract, Stockmate will outfit Piper Jaffray's 67 retail branch offices with 1,000 terminals and supply a quote information feed, says Richard
