Cicada Enters Euro Low-Latency Fray

The vendor has already built handlers for seven European markets, including the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse's Xetra cash market, and NYSE Euronext's cash equity and Liffe derivatives markets, as well as multilateral trading facilities (MTFs) Chi-X, Turquoise and the Nasdaq OMX Pan-European Market, which will all be in production when Nasdaq OMX PEM goes live in September, says Nicolas Lévy, managing director of Cicada's MarketPrizm product.
