BATS Extends Savvis Hosting Deal


Officials decline to specify how much space BATS will have in the NJ2 Weehawken facility-which houses BATS' trading engine and datafeed distribution platform, and which Savvis is currently in the process of expanding to add 35,000 more square feet by the second quarter of next year with a further 70,000 square feet to be made available later-though BATS chief operating officer Chris Isaacson says the exchange group is "multiplying" its space in Weehawken and "incrementally adding to" its space
