Opra Data Outage Prompts Tech Fixes
The outage occurred between 9:36am and 10:23am Eastern time last Monday, during which time data aggregators and market participants did not have access to data from the Opra feed. The original problem was caused by a disk failure in a server running two of the 24 multicast lines used to disseminate the Opra feed.
