Capital IQ Expands Functionality, Datasets
The vendor has added a new chart viewer that enables users to create a slideshow of charts or display selected charts in a gallery format. This functionality would appeal particularly to buy-side users, who are typically concerned with accessing analytics quickly, and look at the same charts daily to monitor a particular industry or set of companies over time to find investment opportunities, whereas sell-side users typically need a detailed chart for that one particular project or presentation
