ISE Unveils ‘Top Quote' Level 1 Feed


The exchange last week began migrating the order books for securities traded on its Second Market to the new infrastructure, and expects to complete the migration of its remaining order books and have the Top Quote feed fully implemented by the middle of October, says Jeff Soule, head of market data at the ISE.

The Top Quote feed comprises essentially the same best bid and offer data that the exchange currently provides to the Options Price Reporting Authority to create Opra's consolidated
