Thomson Reuters, Savvis Partner in India
The partnership offers direct, low-latency datafeeds from the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange, delivered via Reuters Data Feed Direct (RDF Direct) technology, with Savvis providing the supporting infrastructure via its managed hosting and network services.
The two vendors developed the service in response to requests from specific clients, but will now also offer the service to other high-frequency trading firms by taking advantage of spare capacity within Savvis'
