Taiwan Stock Exchange Plans FAST Data

The exchange plans to implement the FIX protocol for its trading systems in the first quarter of 2009 and will look to develop a FAST-enabled datafeed afterwards, but has not yet set a firm date for rolling out FAST, says Michael Lin, senior executive vice president at the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
