Nomura Takes Vhayu in Tokyo
DATA CONSUMERS
Nomura Securities Co. has installed a tick processing system and data feed handler from Vhayu to support its algorithmic trading operation in Tokyo, say Vhayu officials.
The firm is using the Vhayu Velocity tick processing and persistence platform and a Vhayu-developed direct exchange feed handler for the Tokyo Stock Exchange, says Shanti Dev, president of Vhayu. He says data feed handlers for the Jasdaq and Osaka Stock Exchange are planned for later this year.
The deployment gives the firm access
