Jeff Wootton, vice president of product strategy at Aleri, says the MLA engine currently supports Level 2 market depth data for creating consolidated order books, but the vendor will release version 2.0 of the engine in January, with new support for Level 1 data from the London Stock Exchange and Borsa Italiana, Deutsche Börse, Euronext, the Copenhagen, Helsinki and Stockholm exchanges, and multilateral trading facilities Chi-X and Turquoise, in response to client demand.
