Perfect Information Builds Customer Support
Perfect Information has ramped up its client support function following the acquisition of historical data provider Synergy, a UK-based competitor to companies such as Datastream and Factset (IMD, Aug. 4). Andy Black joins from Factset as helpdesk manager, having previously worked for Financial Technologies International and DataStream. Jeanine Hightower joins as application consultant after a short spell also with Factset in product development. John
