The Dialog Corp. has proposed the refinancing and restructuring of its group through the sale of its information services division to the Thomson Corp. The group will rename itself Bright Station and will focus on its e-commerce and web businesses. The sale of the information services division for $275 million in cash to the Thomson Corp. will be used to settle the group's outstanding high-yield and senior debt obligations in full. Bright Station will retain all of the Dialog Corp.'s e-commerce
