MNI Looks at Acquisitions of Its Own

Market News International (MNI), a New York-based financial news and analysis company specializing in the foreign exchange and fixed-income markets, may acquire a commentary provider following its own purchase by Xinhua Financial Network (XFN), which closed in March.

"I am being asked [by XFN] to look at other potential acquisitions" to add to MNI’s and/or XFN’s capabilities, says Mike Connor, CEO of MNI. However, they are still in the early stages of the process.
