has joined Foliage Software Systems, a provider of software for reference data, as industry practice director, financial services. He will report to co-CEO Ron Rubbico and will help refine the company’s technology strategy. Mehlman was previously with NerveWire, where he was chief architect and interim COO.Edgar Online Expands its Management Team
