NYSE Sets LiquidityQuote Launch

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has set May 21 as the launch date for NYSE LiquidityQuote (NYLQ), its newest data service.

NYLQ provides an executable single bid and single offer for the cumulative number of shares bid or offered on the limit order book, on the trading floor and by the specialist. It includes the best quote.

NYLQ will initially cover the 28 Dow Jones stocks that are traded on the exchange. Ron Jordan, vice president of market data at the NYSE, says the rest of the rollout
