Deutsche Börse Has Strong Second Quarter

Deutsche Börse said last week that sales in its Market Data & Analytics group increased by nine percent to €32.6 million in the second quarter of 2005, compared to €30 million in the same period last year. EBITA, however, dropped from €11.3 million in Q2 2004 to €10.6 million in Q2 2005. The exchange says sales were driven by increased demand for real-time trading data.
