Xcitek Signs Up Trust Company of Illinois
OPERATIONS
The Trust Company of Illinois has gone live with the Web-based XCA class actions data service from corporate actions software vendor Xcitek, the vendor will announce this week.
The financial services firm went live with XCA on Sept. 1 after signing a one-year license deal, says Charles Price, senior vice president at Xcitek.
XCA collects data on critical details and dates associated with a class action from PACER, a system administered by the US courts, and from press releases and documents
