Tudor Morgan has been named to the newly created position of managing director of institutional markets in Europe for Standard & Poor's Financial Information Services (FIS) group, according to a source at the unit. Morgan, who reports to Alan Redpath, who heads up the unit, was previously managing director of S&P's MMS in Europe. At the same time, Ken Ho, managing director of MMS Asia/Pacific, has been named head of FIS in that region. He also reports to Redpath.
