Multex.com Partners With Merrill Lynch In New Web Development

DELIVERY TECHNOLOGIES

NEW YORK--Merrill Lynch and Multex.com plan to co-develop global research and information web sites for clients of Merrill's institutional client base. As part of the deal Merrill will acquire a minority stake in Multex.com and provide the company with access to its in-house developed research technologies.

Merrill's e-commerce division, Direct Markets, will focus on this partnership through which both parties hope to expand their existing facilities in these areas.

Plans include the joint
